How to Make the No Sew Pumpkins

Step 1: Fill the Sock

Begin filling the sock with polyester fiberfill. Add enough stuffing to create a soft, rounded pumpkin shape. The amount of stuffing you use will determine the size of your pumpkin.

Step 2: Close the Top

Gather the open end of the sock tightly and secure it with a rubber band or a piece of strong twine.

Trim away any excess sock material, leaving just enough fabric to hide beneath the stem.

Step 3: Shape the Pumpkin

Cut a long piece of cotton twine and wrap it around the stuffed sock.

Continue wrapping the twine around the pumpkin in different directions, pulling gently to create the pumpkin sections. Tie the twine securely on the bottom when you are happy with the shape.
